How does your payment system work?

Your order is made through our authorized reseller, 2CheckOut.com Inc. (Ohio, USA). Your credit card statement will indicate that your order is made with our authorized reseller.




Do I have to pay shipping charge, sales tax, or any other hidden costs?

No. You do not have to pay shipping charge, sales tax nor custom duty. For customers located outside the United States, please read notes.

There will be no other hidden cost incurred. You only pay for the actual prices quoted in our webstore.




How do I know that my order has been successfully processed?

Once your order has been processed successfully, you will be given an order number at the end of the payment process. At the same time, an electronic receipt will be sent to your email address.




How do you ship my order?

If your total purchase price exceeds US$20, your order will be shipped by FedEx, otherwise, it will be sent by Registered Air Mail.




What is the delivery time period?

Normally, upon confirmation of your order, product(s) is shipped on the next business day. Normal delivery time is 3-5 business days by FedEx and 6-10 business days by Registered Air Mail.




What if I do not receive the merchandise within the delivery time period?

If you don't receive your order within the stipulated delivery time period, kindly notify us at sales@frontx.com, and please quote your order number. We will resolve the matter for you as soon as possible.




Will you send me shipping tracking number? and how do I track my shipment?

Yes, once order shipped, you will be informed of your shipment's tracking number by email. However if you need to request the tracking number again, please send us an email at sales@frontx.com. Simply enter "tracking" followed by your order number in the subject line, e.g. "tracking 2222889999".

Once you got your tracking number, you can track your shipment at FedEx (if order is shipped by FedEx) or USPS (for US customer only, if order is shipped by Registered Air Mail). For USPS, your parcel will not be recorded in the tracking system, not until it has been delivered or delivery attempted.




How do you deal with product return?

Products are checked for quality before being dispatched from our warehouse. If you do receive defective product from us, please post it back to us within 30 days upon receiving it, to our company address, together with the original invoice. Your order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded back to your credit card account. And if you wish, the order can be maintained, and we will replace for you a new product free of charge.

You can also opt to return to us the defective component whithin 30 days upon receiving it, we will replace the component for you free of charge.




Bulk Order: Do you offer further discount for large quantity order?

Yes, if order quantity of any single item is above 30 units, and for multiple items, if the accumulated quantity is above 100 units.

Please send your product/quantity order list to sales@frontx.com. We will quote you our best offer price, and will provide you with further informations on how to proceed with the bulk order.

Notes: Order made direct through our webstore is not entitled for further discount.




Bulk Order: Can I get a product sample before placing a bulk order?

We appreciate if you will buy them from our webstore for product evaluation purpose. This way, you can test our product & service standard before committing on a larger order.




Bulk Order: Do you accept PO, or offer net term?

Please send your product/quantity order list and your company details to sales@frontx.com. We will be in contact with you and will discuss with you further to reach a mutual agreement.
