SALES POLICIES

Thank you for shopping at FRONTX. All products listed in FRONTX website can virtually be shipped to any address, internationally. Our policies and terms of sale are described as follows:



PAYMENT SYSTEM

Our payment system is done through our authorised retailer based in USA. Your credit card bill will state that your transaction is made with our authorized retailer. Please note that the sales transaction is made between you and our authorized retailer. We are responsible to fulfill the delivery of the merchandise.


SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped by FedEx, Fast Post or Registered Air Mail, whichever relevant to your purchase.


SALES INVOICE

Your shipment will be attached with an Invoice issued by FRONTX. Your purchase price will be split into: product price, shipping cost and other charges. This invoice is solely for custom clearance purpose and as a verification / record of your purchase.


COUNTRY OF ORIGIN

All orders are shipped from our assemby plant located in Penang, Malaysia.


CUSTOM / DUTY

US customers do not have to pay duty or sales tax.

If you are located outside US, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.


DELIVERY TIME

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery by FedEx or Fast Post, and 6-10 working days by Registered Air Mail. Normally, products are sent out the following working day, upon receiving the notification of your order. If you don't receive your goods within the stipulated period, kindly notify us at sales@frontx.com, with your order no. emailed to you by our authorized retailer. We will then resolve the matter with you as soon as possible.


PRODUCT DEFECT

Products are checked for quality before being despatched from our plant. If you do receive defective product from us, please post it back to us within 30 working days upon receiving it, to our company address, together with the original invoice. Your order will be cancelled and you will not be billed. And if you wish, the order can be maintained, and we will replace for you a new product free of charge.

You can also opt to return to us the defective component whithin 30 working days upon receiving it, we will replace the component for you free of charge. This option is preferred, to save on your return postal cost.


NOTICE

Please take good care in handling and using our products, to avoid any undesired happening or damage. If necessary, kindly seek your PC seller or technician's advise. In no event will FRONTX be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

Goods sold are not refundable. Defective goods will be dealt with as mentioned above.
